Can I use Alculator without paying? ▾

Yes. The Free plan includes the full three-tier pricing calculator, forward and reverse modes, cloud sync, and one market with up to 5 SKUs. It's free forever — no credit card, no trial period.

What happens when I hit a limit on Free? ▾

You'll see an upgrade prompt when you try to add a second market, a 6th SKU, or access an export feature. Your existing data is never locked or deleted — you just can't add more until you upgrade.

Can I cancel or downgrade anytime? ▾

Yes. You can cancel or downgrade from your account settings at any time. If you downgrade, you keep access to your current plan through the end of your billing period. Your data is always yours.

Do I need a separate account for my team? ▾

Currently, Alculator is single-user per account. You can share pricing with teammates using shareable links (Starter+), which give read-only access without requiring a login. Team accounts are on our roadmap.

Is my pricing data secure? ▾

Yes. All data is stored in encrypted cloud infrastructure with row-level security — meaning only you can access your markets, SKUs, and pricing. We never share or sell your data.

What payment methods do you accept? ▾

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Your payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.

What is the Trade plan for? ▾

The Trade plan is built for distributors who manage multi-market portfolios. It includes everything in Pro, plus three exclusive features: Request Pricing (send links to suppliers to collect FOB data), Import Pricing (bring in SKUs from CSV or Excel), and a Category Dashboard for portfolio analytics by beverage type.
